Overview

Michael E. Burke is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Toronto's Faculty of Law. He was a Partner in the Financial Services Group of Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP until retiring on December 31, 2024. His practice focused on securitization, asset-based lending and leasing, structured finance and complex secured-transaction opinions. Since 2018 he has co-taught secured transactions at the law school.
