Michael Foderick is a Partner in the Municipal and Planning Law Group in Toronto and is known for his expertise on land use planning, municipal, expropriation and real estate law, and related approvals.

Michael has a reputation for finding straightforward and pragmatic solutions to complex legal and regulatory challenges. He specializes in complex development, land use planning and municipal approvals and agreements, and has spearheaded the approval and implementation of some of the largest public and private sector development and infrastructure projects in Ontario. Michael regularly appears before the Ontario Land Tribunal (OLT), municipal City Councils, various levels of court in Ontario, and other regulatory bodies.
