Max Reedijk is a Senior Associate in Dentons' municipal, land use planning and development law group in Toronto, Ontario. He advises landowners, developers and government agencies on land use planning and development, construction and infrastructure, expropriation, public procurement and complex commercial litigation, including high-profile infrastructure and light rail transit projects and multi-residential and mixed-use developments. He has appeared before the Superior Court of Justice, Divisional Court, Ontario Land Tribunal, Toronto Local Appeal Body, Commercial List, Ontario Court of Appeal and Federal Court of Appeal, and has prepared written materials for the Supreme Court of Canada.
