Kiersten Taylor is counsel to our Litigation Group in Toronto. She maintains a general litigation practice, with particular emphasis on professional liability issues.

Kiersten regularly appears as counsel before the Ontario Courts, including the Superior Court of Justice and the Court of Appeal. She has also appeared as counsel before various administrative boards and tribunals. She has extensive experience with professional liability matters, having acted as counsel for physicians in a wide variety of negligence cases.

Kiersten received her BA (Hons.) in 1996 and her LLB in 2000, both from Queen's University.
