Kathryn Bush is a Senior Fellow at the C.D. Howe Institute and a retired Partner at Blakes LLP. She has more than 40 years of experience helping businesses and governments structure pension, benefit and executive compensation arrangements and related investments, and has substantial litigation experience at all levels of Canadian courts, including the Supreme Court of Canada.
