Justine Lindner is a partner in the firm’s Labour & Employment Law Group in Toronto.

Justine represents management in all aspects of labour and employment-related issues, including occupational health and safety. She advises public and private sector clients in a number of industries including mining, retail, consumer goods, manufacturing, education, public services, shipping, transportation and banking.

Justine regularly advises employers on various workplace matters including employment standards, wrongful dismissals, human rights, privacy, workplace investigations, workplace stoppage contingency planning, injunctive relief against picketing, labour arbitrations, and labour and employment issues arising in corporate transactions. Justine’s practice also includes conducting workplace investigations, including investigations into allegations of harassment and other forms of misconduct.
