Justin M. Jakubiak is a partner at Fogler, Rubinoff LLP in Toronto and has practiced for more than 20 years in disputes, administrative law, automotive regulation and dealership law. He represents dealers, manufacturers, salespersons and other regulated professionals in OMVIC licensing, investigations, prosecutions, tribunal hearings and provincial-offence matters. He is a Law Society of Ontario certified civil litigation specialist and also advises on licensing, workplace safety, cannabis regulation and debtor-creditor remedies.
