Julie is Co-Chair of the Competition, Antitrust & Foreign Investment group, widely regarded as one of the leading competition law practices in Canada and recently named Competition Regional Firm of the Year - Americas by Global Competition Review.

Julie is at the forefront of the most complex and high-profile Canadian and cross-border merger transactions. She is recognized as a Band 1 Competition lawyer in Chambers Canada and was previously named one of Canada's Top 25 Most Influential Lawyers by Canadian Lawyer Magazine. Global Competition Review lists Julie as one of the top Women in Antitrust globally, and in Chambers Global clients highlight that she is "very bright, experienced and makes the trickiest regulatory filings easy to understand with her practical and commercially-minded advice." She is co-founder of Canadian Women in Competition Law and co-author of the book: Leading the Way: Canadian Women in Law (LexisNexis).
