Julia Qian Wang is a Partner in Bennett Jones' Montréal office. She practises Canadian domestic and international tax law, with a focus on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, investment funds, tax planning and tax litigation. She also advises on fund structures and investments by and in private equity and venture capital funds, and is fluent in English, French and Mandarin.
