Overview
Jessica's litigation practice focuses on the defence of class actions and other complex claims related to product liability and consumer protection. She has particular expertise in the life sciences industry and regularly acts for leading manufacturers and distributors of pharmaceutical medicines, medical devices and other health and consumer products.
During her articles, Jessica completed a secondment in the legal department of one of Canada's largest medical devices companies, where she worked on a variety of litigation, regulatory and commercial matters.
