Overview

James (Jim) Mays retired as a Siskinds LLP partner on December 31, 2023. He represented clients in personal-injury and insurance disputes and was certified as a specialist in civil litigation by the Law Society of Ontario. His professional work also included writing, lecturing and presenting on civil procedure, personal injury, insurance law, tort law and trial advocacy.
