He has led the negotiation of dozens of major information technology project deals and has particular experience in the acquisition of cybersecurity products and SaaS solutions. As counsel to Canada’s Digital Technology Supercluster, Jade has helped launch several multi-participant technology development projects that bring together the private and public sector.
