Overview

Ilia Kravtsov is a partner in Osler's Insolvency and Restructuring and Disputes departments in Montréal. He represents debtors, creditors and court officers in restructuring and insolvency matters and advises on lenders' rights. He also handles complex corporate, commercial and civil litigation, including commercial real estate disputes, and has appeared before every level of court in Québec and before Ontario's Commercial List.
