Ian V. MacInnis is Counsel at Fogler, Rubinoff LLP and practises tax law. He advises on corporate reorganizations, cross-border transactions, acquisitions and divestitures, financings, personal tax and estate planning, investment funds and real estate investment structuring. He also advises First Nations on tax structuring for investment funds, economic development vehicles, trusts and limited partnerships.
