Ian N. Kady is a partner and Co-Chair of the Real Estate Department at Fogler, Rubinoff LLP. He advises clients on commercial real estate and banking and financial services matters, including acquisitions, sales and development of commercial, retail, industrial and residential properties. His finance experience includes construction and development financing, commercial mortgage lending, equity and mezzanine financing, CMBS lending, syndicated loans, and loan restructuring and enforcement.
