Overview

Ian Clarke is an Associate in Osler's Corporate Group in Calgary, where he focuses on energy and energy infrastructure, including power, oil and gas, renewables, energy storage, carbon capture and sequestration, LNG and data-centre development. He assists with asset acquisitions and dispositions, private M&A, project development, construction, infrastructure and supply agreements, joint ventures and commercial transactions. Before Osler, he was lead in-house counsel for renewable projects at a global independent power producer and practised in the energy group of a large Canadian national firm.
