Ian Breneman is a Partner in Alexander Holburn Beaudin + Lang's Toronto office and a member of the Business Disputes, Transportation and Logistics, and Maritime groups. He is a commercial litigator and transportation lawyer who handles litigation and arbitrations involving cargo, warehousing, casualty, construction and contract claims. He advises on transportation contracts, regulatory compliance, customs and tariffs, product liability, energy matters, business disputes and insolvency proceedings. Before joining Alexander Holburn, he practised in Calgary at a leading business law firm, primarily in energy, insolvency and transportation law.
