Overview

Hilary is a pragmatic and strategic family law advocate. She helps her clients achieve effective resolutions of their complex financial, parenting and support related disputes. Hilary also crafts creative and sustainable cohabitation agreements and marriage contracts. She is empathetic to the challenges her clients' face and excels at advancing their positions in compelling ways, whether through negotiation or litigation. Clients turn to Hilary for her sound judgment and solution oriented approach. Hilary has dedicated her career to family law. She joined Epstein Cole as an associate after summering and articling with the firm and spent a one year secondment with the Pro Bono Students Canada Family Justice Centre. Hilary is a member of Epstein Cole's student committee. In law school, Hilary was heavily involved with the University of Toronto's legal clinic, Downtown Legal Services. She continues to be actively involved in her community and is proud to serve on the Red Door Family Shelter's Board of Directors.
