Hilary Crangle is Stikeman Elliott's Associate General Counsel in Toronto. She assists in managing the firm's legal interests, with a focus on risk management, conflicts of interest and contractual arrangements, and serves on the Professional and Ethics, Mandate Selection, and Claims and Risk Management committees. She previously practised corporate law and M&A at a major Canadian law firm and served as senior legal counsel at a Big Five bank. She is a member of the Law Society of Ontario and the Ontario Bar Association.
