Overview

Helen Richards is Senior Counsel at the Bank of Canada. She previously practised civil and commercial litigation at Ross Nasseri LLP, where she represented clients in complex commercial and securities matters, appeared before Ontario courts and regulatory bodies, and taught Contract Remedies at Osgoode Hall Law School. Her earlier legal practice also included litigation work at national Canadian law firms.
