Graham Smith is Greenfield Global's Chief Corporate Development Officer and an Executive Vice President. He leads acquisitions, strategic partnerships, capital structuring, project development and project financing. Before joining Greenfield, he was a Partner at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP in Toronto, where he advised boards, senior management teams and private equity firms on complex cross-border transactions, growth strategies, joint ventures and financing structures across multiple industries.
