Grace Kim-Cho is a member of the North America Corporate and Securities Group. Ms. Kim-Cho’s experience encompasses various public and private capital market transactions including public financings, private placements, corporate acquisitions and reorganizations on behalf of Canadian and international issuers and securities dealers.
Grace focuses her practice on Canadian securities regulatory and capital market compliance matters pertaining to continuous disclosure, insider trading, early warning reporting, shareholder meetings, equity compensation programs and corporate governance. Grace acts on behalf of public and private issuers in a range of industries, including financial services and biotechnology.
