Gordon McKenna is a Partner in Bennett Jones' Toronto office. He advises issuers, underwriters, dealers and financial institutions on capital markets and business law matters, including public and private debt and equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, corporate governance and Canadian securities regulatory compliance. He acts for offerors and targets in negotiated and unsolicited acquisitions and for purchasers and vendors in asset and share transactions.
