Evan Griffith is a Senior Underwriter based in San Francisco. Before joining Liberty GTS, he worked in private equity and mergers and acquisitions at Paul Hastings LLP and practised at leading Canadian firms on public and private M&A, joint ventures and capital-markets transactions. He holds a BA in economics from Cornell University and a JD from the University of British Columbia.
