Erin Craddock is counsel in Miller Thomson's Toronto office. Her practice focuses on protecting and advocating for stakeholders in insolvency proceedings and commercial litigation. She represents clients in matters spanning financial services, telecommunications, long-term care, manufacturing, construction, cannabis and oil and gas, including proceedings before senior courts across Canada. Her prior national and international firm experience includes cross-border insolvency issues. Erin was called to the New York bar in 2009 and the Ontario bar in 2012.
