Eric Richmond is General Counsel and Head of Business Development at Shakepay in Montréal. Before joining Shakepay, he was President of Coinsquare and helped found Tetra Trust, a Canadian digital-asset custodian. Earlier, he practised at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP, advising on corporate and capital-markets transactions, corporate governance and securities regulation.
