Overview
Emily is a senior member of the Professional Resources team. She oversees key functions across the lawyer talent lifecycle for our Toronto associates, including integration, engagement, work allocation, performance management and alumni relations. Emily is also responsible for Torys’ firmwide secondment and mentoring programs. Emily co-leads Torys’ Wellness program and is a member of the Diversity Committee. She is a designated wellness navigator, has completed the Queen’s University Workplace Mental Health Leadership certificate, is Mental Health First Aid trained and is a registered psychotherapist.
Emily is a local group leader for Toronto for the Professional Development Consortium and a member of the advisory group for National Association of Law Placement's (NALP) PD Quarterly.
