Elizabeth Sale is a Partner in Osler's Financial Services group in Toronto. She advises banks, foreign banks, captive finance companies, payday lenders, insurers, trust and loan companies, card issuers and fintech businesses on financial services regulation and consumer protection. She also advises vehicle and equipment lessors and financiers on dealer and financing matters, and has experience with AML, sanctions and related regulatory requirements.
