Davida has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Nova Scotia Supreme Court, the Nova Scotia Court of Appeal and administrative tribunals.

Essar group of companies, a prominent India-based conglomerate, as the sole owner/shareholder of, and provider of key services to, Essar Steel Algoma Inc. in its restructuring proceedings under the CCAA and Chapter 15 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code

Davida provides pro bono services to members of CARFAC (Canadian Artists' Representation/le Front des artistes canadiens) on copyright and trademark issues. She is a member of The Advocates’ Society and a participant in UJA’s Joshua Institute for Jewish Communal Leadership.

During law school, Davida was a teaching assistant for the Harvard Negotiation Workshop, a certified Massachusetts mediator with the Harvard Mediation Program and a senior editor at the Harvard Negotiation Law Review.

Prior to law school, Davida was a management consultant at the Boston Consulting Group.
