David W. Levangie is a Toronto partner in Fogler, Rubinoff LLP's Litigation Group. He acts as lead counsel in complex commercial litigation and arbitrations before Ontario and Federal Courts and other tribunals, with experience in shareholder and partnership disputes, fraud and asset recovery, insolvency and restructuring, and urgent injunctions. He also chairs the firm's Artificial Intelligence Taskforce.
