David Mender is General Counsel at Bluwatr in Toronto. He advises architecture and engineering businesses on corporate and commercial matters, leads mergers and acquisitions from letters of intent through diligence, negotiation and closing, and supports portfolio companies with day-to-day legal, growth and integration work. Earlier, he held in-house roles at Arcadis and IBI Group and practised at Blakes.
