David Judson is Securities/M&A Practice Counsel at Torys in Toronto. He supports the firm's Capital Markets and M&A practices through knowledge management, monitoring legal and regulatory developments and developing precedents and legal content. His transactional experience includes public and private mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, restructurings, private equity, strategic investments and complex joint ventures across financial services, technology, mining and real estate.
