Overview

David Hansford is counsel in MLT Aikins' Vancouver office. His transaction-based practice covers corporate and securities law, with an emphasis on advising public companies in mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance transactions. He also advises public issuers on securities compliance, disclosure, corporate governance and Canadian stock exchange matters. David regularly assists with public listings through reverse takeovers, qualifying transactions, direct listings and restructurings, working across technology, infrastructure and mining. He was called to the Alberta bar in 2013 and the British Columbia bar in 2017.
