David’s work has an emphasis on risk management and legal and regulatory compliance. He has drafted agreements, memoranda, letters, policies, and procedures, as well as prepared and provided legal opinions, and offered guidance across all business units.

He has assessed, designed, and implemented compliance processes and procedures aligned with internal and external business and legal requirements related to risk management and legal and regulatory compliance. He has been a key interface with senior management and boards of directors in relation to risk management issues and corporate governance.

David has led securities law compliance for publicly traded companies, meeting all necessary compliance obligations for multi-nationals listed on several exchanges.
