Danielle Kline, formerly Danielle Traub, is a Torys partner in Toronto and an experienced corporate lawyer focused on private equity. She co-heads the firm's GP Advisory practice, advising private equity sponsors on structure, governance, carry and other economic arrangements, as well as GP seeding, GP stakes and alternative liquidity transactions. She also advises targets and acquirers on domestic and cross-border M&A, joint ventures, and majority and minority investments.
