Overview

Christopher Yeretsian is Counsel in BLG's Toronto office. He advises on capital markets transactions including public offerings, private placements, financings and mergers and acquisitions. He advises Canadian and international asset managers, investment fund managers, portfolio managers and investment dealers on the formation, structuring, development and offering of investment and structured products, including alternative, open-end, closed-end, exchange-traded, hedge and private equity funds. He also advises on registration, regulatory compliance, corporate governance and securities regulatory matters.
