Christopher Flood is Managing Director and Assistant General Counsel at RBC in Toronto. He previously served as Counsel at Blakes and advised Canadian and international clients on public and private mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital investments, joint ventures and restructurings. His experience also includes advising Asian corporate and financial investors on transactions in Canada and internationally, after practising law in Beijing for more than a decade.
