Christine Milliken is a Calgary partner at Blakes whose practice focuses on mergers, acquisitions and divestitures and project development in the oil and gas and renewable energy industries. She advises private and public entities on domestic and cross-border transactions, share and asset purchases, joint ventures, pipeline and midstream development, LNG project agreements, corporate reorganizations and technology transactions. She is co-head of Blakes' Corporate Commercial group in Calgary.
