Overview

Christine Ferguson is Counsel in BLG's Toronto office. She is a seasoned transactional lawyer with multi-jurisdictional experience in infrastructure, public and private M&A, debt and equity capital raisings, strategic acquisitions and business integration. Her practice focuses on infrastructure project delivery, public-private partnerships, RFP processes, project agreements and commercial contracts. She previously served as in-house counsel to a global infrastructure developer's Canadian project finance arm and to an international investment bank's corporate finance division.
