For over twenty five years, she has helped clients in connection with complex corporate and commercial transactions, including outsourcing, cloud computing, SaaS and other strategic procurement arrangements, software development and systems implementation, licensing, data sharing and joint ventures. She has particular expertise in the areas of information security and third party and fourth party vendor risk management.
