Overview

Carrie Fleming is counsel in McCarthy Tetrault's Infrastructure Group in Toronto. Her practice focuses on large-scale infrastructure projects, including public-private partnerships in Canada and internationally. Before returning to Canada in 2012, she practised for 14 years in London in an infrastructure and projects group. She has advised commercial sponsors, funders and procuring authorities at all stages of procurement across transportation, healthcare, waste and wastewater, energy, mining and defence projects.
