Carlos Cerqueira is a partner in BLG's Toronto office who has practised corporate and commercial law for more than 25 years, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and other complex transactions. He has worked in London and the Middle East, advises Canadian and international public and private companies, and acts for strategic purchasers and private equity investors. He regularly leads teams of transaction lawyers and subject matter experts.
