Bryan G. West is a nationally recognized litigator and authority on construction, infrastructure, and project dispute law. He is also a leading author in the field, writing and co-authoring major Canadian texts on Canadian and Alberta construction and infrastructure laws, including as author of Heintzman, West and Goldsmith on Canadian Building Contracts, Builders’ Liens in Alberta, and Alberta Construction and Infrastructure Law.
Bryan is a partner in McCarthy Tétrault LLP’s Litigation Group based in Calgary, where he maintains a national practice focused on high-value commercial disputes with subject matter specialization in construction, infrastructure, and project disputes.
