Overview

Brendan is a problem solver and experienced litigator with a proven track record of success at all levels of court in Ontario. Brendan's practice includes litigating contract, commercial leasing, and real property disputes, injunction cases, and other general litigation matters. Brendan is frequently retained in commercial, industrial and office lease matters relating to interpretation and enforcement of leases; monetary default remedies including distraint and collection strategies; non-monetary defaults and repair and restoration issues; rights and remedies in Bankruptcy and CCAA restructurings, and any other matter related to the ownership of real property and commercial contracts. Brendan has over 15 years of experience helping clients solve their complex legal and business problems in and out of court. Clients rely on Brendan for practical advice and excellent results. When he is not at the office, Brendan enjoys spending time with his family, including his two young daughters.
