Overview

Brendan DePoe is Orla Mining's Vice President, Legal and Corporate Secretary. He joined Orla as Corporate Counsel in 2021 after practising at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP in its London and Vancouver offices. His corporate and securities experience includes mergers and acquisitions, financings, joint ventures, governance, regulatory matters and stock exchange compliance for public mining companies. Brendan holds a BCom from the University of Alberta and a JD from the University of British Columbia and was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2014.
