Bernard Boucher is a partner at LCM Attorneys in Montreal. He practises in insolvency and restructuring, civil and commercial litigation, and strategic advice to businesses and organizations. Over his career, he has acted for financial institutions, trustees in bankruptcy, monitors and debtors before the Superior Court of Quebec, the Quebec Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada. He is also an author and speaker on bankruptcy, insolvency and restructuring matters. Bernard was called to the Quebec Bar in 1986 and holds LL.B. and LL.M. degrees from Universite Laval and the University of Cambridge.
