Anthony Salandra is a partner in our Real Property and Planning Group in Toronto. His practice focuses on all aspects of commercial real estate, with particular emphasis on purchases and dispositions (across all asset classes), project development, joint venture arrangements and management arrangements. Anthony also regularly advises on real estate aspects relating to large scale mergers and acquisitions.

Anthony represents a broad range of clientele, including developers, institutional investors, institutional lenders, universities, pension funds, landlords, tenants, property managers and asset managers. Clients rely on Anthony’s practical and informed advice to successfully navigate complex commercial real estate transactions with confidence and clarity.

Anthony is an active participant in McCarthy Tétrault’s student recruitment and student mentoring programs and is a member of the Toronto office’s parenthood committee and precedent management committee. Anthony manages the Real Property and Planning Group’s outward facing blog, the Lay of the Land, which provides the latest information and insights into Canada’s real estate sector. He is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, Canadian Bar Association and the Ontario Bar Association.
