Overview

Andrew McFarlane is a Torys senior associate in Halifax whose practice focuses on all aspects of corporate and commercial law. Before joining Torys, he served as legal counsel and Director of Contracts and Risks at Shannex Incorporated, following earlier experience as general counsel, and he has completed Level 1 of Harvey's Legal Engineer Certification Program.
