Overview
Adam Chisholm is a skilled and tenacious litigator known for his expertise in capital markets and securities, intellectual property (IP) and administrative and public law. He has led teams at all levels of court in Ontario, in addition to the Federal Court and Federal Court of Appeal. An experienced securities litigator, Adam represents clients in contested transactions, investigations and enforcement proceedings before the Ontario Securities Commission.
