Wayne B. Warren is a retired Ontario lawyer and former managing partner of Gowling WLG's Ottawa office. During his Gowling career, he advised on corporate and commercial matters including private mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, business reorganizations and substantial contractual arrangements. The Law Society of Ontario records his licence as surrendered - retired effective March 31, 2025.
